At Paramount Healthcare, we provide a full array of services to meet the individual needs of our residents and patients.  Our Health Care services include:

Traditional Care

Our facilities provide consistent nursing care to residents who need support in their daily activities. Through our care, these residents are able to achieve and maintain the highest level of functioning possible.

Skilled Care

Our physician-directed skilled health care services are designed to meet the needs of every resident. Our facilities address those needs with physical, occupational, speech, and nutritional therapy and 24-hour nursing care.

Respite Care

Respite Care is a short term care program designed to give family members a much needed break from the demands of caring for the chronically or terminally ill at home. Whether it is for a weekend or a few weeks, we provide our visiting patient with a comfortable, secure social environment, and a friendly staff to meet their needs.

Rehabilitation Services

Rehabilitation is a vital component of life. Our goal is to restore our patients to the quality of life they enjoyed before their accident, illness or operation.  At Paramount Health Care, our comprehensive rehabilitation services round out our full spectrum of care. Our services are provided by a licensed professional.

Physical Therapy helps patients regain their strength and mobility, manage pain, or adapt to a permanent disability.

Speech Therapy assists patients overcome communication conditions, such as aphasia, swallowing difficulties, and voice disorders.

Occupational Therapy helps patients regain as much independence as possible with visual perception training, upper extremity strengthening and coordination, and self-care skills.

Medical Nutritional Therapy promotes a better diet and a healthier lifestyle with personal counseling and nutritional guidance.

Restorative Care is for residents not requiring a skilled level of therapy. We provide restorative aids to help those individuals stay active and maintain their current level of functioning.

Alzheimer's and Dementia Care

Alzheimer's disease is a progressive, degenerative disease that attacks the brain and causes impairment of memory, thought process, and behavior. Our Alzheimer's and Dementia Special Care Units provide residents with safe and secure environments, family support groups, educational information, activities, social services, and more.

IV and Pain Management

IV Management may be needed for pain management, dehydration, nutritional deficiencies, infections, and more.  When providing IV Management to our residents, our pharmacists work in collaboration with our physicians, nurses, and dieticians to closely monitor our residents.
