Cambridge Manor Health Care Center is a licensed, 125 bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center that offers 11 ventilator beds, 10 private rehabilitation suites, and our own personal therapy staff. We offer a continuum of health care services and rehabilitation. Respite, short-term and long terms stays are also available. We are dedicated to meeting a wide range of personal and medical needs with care and compassion. This level of concern is reflected everywhere, from the attractive surroundings to the way we get to know and respect the needs of each resident and patient.

• Our around the clock, professional licensed nurses offer skilled services, including: IV Management, Pain Management, PCA Pumps, Wound Vacs, PICC Lines, Central Lines, Diabetic Care, Tracheotomy Care, and Hospice Care
• 24-hour respiratory services, including ventilator care and weaning programs Specialized wound management program
• Full time rehabilitation professionals for physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy
• Nutritional assessment, evaluation, and ongoing education for each resident
• Family Involvement including routine conferences to assure families are informed on the services provided for their loved ones
• Weekly interdisciplinary team conferences to review and tailor each resident’s individual treatment
• Comprehensive discharge planning, including home assessments for modification and equipment recommendation
• Post discharge follow-up contact
• Respite Care to provide much needed relief for the caregiver during vacation and holidays
• Financial options; we are certified for Medicare, Medicaid, VA contract, and accept many insurance plans

We offer a full calendar of activities that include sing-a-longs, recreation, crafts, and religious services. There is always time for developing personal relationships, reading, or just talking about old times. We are committed to helping each of our residents participate in life to the fullest extent. In addition, we offer a beauty/barber shop and an ice cream parlor for our residents.
